Revival of Culture in Smart Cities

Revival of Culture in Smart Cities is a collaborative system design project that asked a critical question: as cities become smarter, what happens to culture?

Working with a team of five designers, we examined the components of smart city infrastructure and designed a systemic remedy — one that weaves cultural preservation into the fabric of urban planning rather than treating it as an afterthought.

The project produced service blueprints, stakeholder maps, and interaction frameworks that local governments and cultural institutions could implement to maintain the living heritage of their communities.
